Just add a drop or two off black food color into your frosting or icing (let it set for a while to let the color do it’s work. Otherwise it might be to dark) and put it on top of your favorite cupcake. Be rough and make it look fluffy like a rainy cloud. Add sprinkle if you like.

A cool and creative way to decorate a room. Use beautiful pictures, quote and sayings, pages from magazines, postcards, birthdays card, family photos etc. I think it would be super cool to keep it on one color or shade. Or maybe make it fade from different colors from top to bottom.
